This is the big one for me.
Humor isn’t necessarily a hobby per se, but it does play a massive part of how I saunter through life.
It helps me connect to people, defuse tension, and make difficult things easier to approach for myself. It’s a way for me to process emotions and how I make sense of my feelings.
It’s also how I let people know I care about them.

Video games, though cliche, are a way for me to socialize. They are a comfort to me, and just a good way to pass the time.
Whether it’s roleplaying in FiveM, surviving in Minecraft or screaming at enemies in Marvel Rivals, I feel a sense of belonging.

This is something I do rarely when I have some video game clips I want to combine, or when I get an idea for a meme.
They usually turn out to be relatively shit, but I enjoy it.
I used the Blender video editor for a long time, as it was a program I was fairly familiar with, but have recently swapped over to try and learn DaVinci Resolve. I haven’t had much time with it yet, but I’m enjoying figuring it out.

I’m on a long-term disability benefit, which means I’m not currently working and have a lot of availability during the week.
This gives me the freedom to do things in a very unconventional way. Whether it’s putting ungodly amounts of time into memes and jokes, or simply existing at hours that feel socially suspicious, it’s a rhythm I’ve learned to make my own.
I am Dutch, yet often people tend to think I am an American, probably thanks to my lack of a heavy accent and a sleep schedule that refuses to acknowledge European norms.
